Spring Garden is a spot and dive point in Endless Ocean 2's Gatama Atoll, known for its coral-decorated towers of stone.

In-Game[]

Loading Description[]

"Full of bright coral pillars and bigeye trevallies, the deeper waters beyond are a paradise for small creatures. Humpback whales raise their young here."

Notebook Description[]

"Located to the south of Dolphin Island, this area is marked by a loose circle of large rocks.

It is home to smaller fish such as purple queens, and some reports claim humpback whales have been spotted nearby."

Dialogue[]

Oceana's Guided Tour[]

Oceana: "It gets deeper here, so don't get lost. Humpback whales sometimes migrate here. They come to raise their young! I don't remember a whole lot about my parents... But I'm sure they were just as kind as mother humpbacks are."

Flora, Fauna, and Geography[]

Local Life[]

Spring Garden is home to several green sea turtles, and schools of fish like bigeye trevallies and purple queens. A mother humpback whale and her calf can be seen regularly here, replaced by the Black Harbinger during the new moon. Gatama Atoll's resident whale shark sometimes passes nearby on its patrol.

The most prominent coral found here is the table coral that adorns the area's stone pillars. A small stony patch in the center of these formations is also home to a barrel sponge.

Location and Geography[]

The player can find Spring Garden marked at coordinates B-5 on their map of Gatama Atoll. It consists of a ring of stone pillars, thick with coral, that rise out of the sand to enclose a small patch of seafloor.

true to the area's notebook description, the player will find Dolphin Island to the north of Spring Garden. To the south lies Blue Cliff, which is comparatively imposing when juxtaposed with the Garden. To the east, the player can find the small landmark known as Gatama's Navel.

Both the Triangulum and Taurus Coin can be found here, along with a few salvages of low value.

Notes[]

  • This spot is very similar to Endless Ocean's Coral Forest. Both places feature tall pillars of rock decorated with table coral, though Coral Forest is much rockier than Spring Garden.
