Ornamental Boxes are salvageable large crates in Endless Ocean 2. When the Multisensor detects one of these, it is shown to be made out of stone, wood and high-density materials.
The reward for appraising one Ornamental Box is 1,400P. After subtracting the cost of appraisal for a large crate (220P), the net gain is 1,180P.
Notes
As revealed in the salvage's Japanese description, this box is a Japanese Buddhist shrine known as a Butsudan. They often contain complex and ornate wood carvings, and inside is usually either a statue or carving of a religious figure or scene.
